Patriots News · June 1-10: Schedule to Return All School Materials


When you come to Henry on your assigned day (we have to spread out everyone as much as possible), please drive your car to the stations I have listed.  We will have staff on hand to help direct you to the stations.  We would love it if you could print on a white piece of paper in LARGE letters, your student’s first and last name, grade, and ID number.  When you drive up, please have that visible for the staff members to see.

Here are the stations:
  • Station 1           Book Drop Off  (return all textbooks, library books, etc by dropping them in the bins) Don’t worry about it being recorded.  The book IDs are already linked to your student’s account and will be processed on a later date when it’s safe to do so (likely at the end of June)
  • Station 2           Equipment Drop Off (Calculators, Cameras)
  • Station 3           Chromebooks for students NOT attending next year (all others stay with students to continue working with distance learning programs)
  • Station 4           Drop Off Uniforms (sports or NJROTC)
  • Station 5           Pick Up any Locker room items left in PE Locker rooms (It’s helpful if you KNOW the student’s locker number but we’ll be ready either way)
  • Station 6           Drop Off Choir Uniforms or instruments in front of PHAME (only for choir/music students)

Lastly, but also super important!  If your student has left something in a classroom at HENRY that belongs to you, please email Mr. Bill Miller at wmiller@sandi.net.  He will want your student’s first and last name, grade level, a description of the forgotten item, and what room is it in.  He will make arrangements to have you come pick it up on the 10th.
