Tennis Gets Historic Win!

The boys and first-year Coach Diamond continue on with their great start to the tennis season with recent wins over Pt. Loma HS and Valhalla HS.   Varsity #2 Ryan Nguyen and Cody Lefler both seniors who are now 15-0 from beating teams at St.Augustine, Grossmont, Point Loma, and more sweeped yesterday against Point Loma.

Boys Tennis Starts Season With Win!

Boys Tennis got the season off to a very strong start with a 17-1 win against Clairemont HS! Frosh Brian Cook and Steve Andrianairo made their varsity debut winning their matches. Our #1 doubles team, Ryan Nguyen and Cody Lefler won both matches 6-0 not dropping a single point! Singles

Two Tennis Players Qualify for CIF

Joel Foster and Teiva Berger each qualified for the individual CIF tennis tournament beginning on Tuesday. Joel has posted a record of 38 wins and 18 losses. Teiva has a record of 38 wins and 20 losses. Great job so far this season! Good luck in CIF. Go Patriots!

Team makes Semi-Finals in CIF

The PHHS boys tennis team went deep into the CIF playoffs making it to the semi-finals losing to Olympian HS. Their victories were hard fought over Mater Dei HS in the 1st round and avenging an earlier season defeat by knocking out Grossmont HS 10-8 from the playoffs. Great job boys! Go Patriots!
